ooooo...$$$

i was tidying up my apartment today and chanced upon a stash of money that i didnt even know i had! (dontcha just love it when that happens!)
it was my 'hong bao' money from CNY that i had brought back to melb with me wanting to change it to aussie dollars. but apparently i ended up stashing it away in some box while i was moving place, and completely forgot about it till now.
trouble is.....now i've gotten over the whole "spending" mood that comes with the receiving of 'hong baos'. no mood to buy anything now. if i splurch on something now, i'll regret it.....and i'll feel terribly guilty after paying for it. so i'll keep the money for now! never know when it may come in handy!

in other news...

i went to geelong over the weekend with esther and some other frens for a mini-road-trip. ok lah it wasnt a road trip cos we went by train...but still it sounds cool to call it that, rather than a "short holiday".
great beaches! clear water! (although a bit cold) and lots n lots n lots of seafood!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i pigged out quite a fair bit over the two days. had pizza for lunch, pizza+chocolate ice shake+the girls' leftovers for dinner, another choc ice shake for supper, and bags of chips for post-supper-cum-Friends-marathon-cum-UNO-playing-session.
oooohh......i feel sick today........
need to go to the gym.

sch time table sucks. i HATE 2-hour lectures. last sem i had no 2-hr lectures. this sem i have THREE!!!!!!!!! wtf.....thats gay. thats brokeback.
